Emily is a Boston-based graphic designer, illustrator, and MassArt alum. Post-grad, she has freelanced for marketing agencies and nonprofits across the US and abroad.
By day, she’s the Communication Designer & Program Coordinator at the Impact Collective, a nonprofit that brings people with wealth together to connect, reflect, and act — exploring the role money can play in building a more just economy. Outside of her 9-to-5, she designs websites for B.D.Y Consult, working with Boston small businesses like SIDE Presents, TrailBlazhers, Mesob, Melt In Your Mouth, and more.
Past Clients include Chuang Stage (Boston’s First Asian American Theatre Company), GMAACC, Clever Wolf Digital (Hawaii), and Meitu (Hong Kong).
Emily also runs @chauwithmee, and Instagram food blog spotlighting Asian-owned restaurants & pop-ups in Boston. Through it, she connects with and uplifts her culture as a Vietnamese-Chinese American. In her free time, you’ll find her with family, out on nature walks, or rock climbing indoors.
